Return Policy

Items may be returned as an exchange or for store credit, less any shipping charges incurred by When the Cat's Away... Items that are shipped in error, not as described or contain a major flaw will have all shipping expenses credited as well. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment for return instructions. No exchanges or credit after 14days.

Breakage Policy

Items that arrive damaged in transit will be exchanged and return shipping credited. In the event an item is no longer available, a full refund will be given. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt if an item is damaged for return instructions. No returns accepted after 14 days. All items are sent through the U.S. Postal Service. When we file the insurance claim with them, you may be required to fill out a receiver's statement that your postal carrier will deliver to you.
